Once you qualify and sign our two-year franchise agreement, we commit to providing enough pupil bookings during your first 12 months as a working ADI to enable £55,000+ in gross earnings at our set lesson rate. If we don't supply that volume of work — and you've met your side (minimum hours, 10-mile radius, 70% pupil retention, responding to enquiries within 24 hours) — we refund your full course fee. The guarantee is on us providing the work; the work itself is on you.
Yes — and many of our instructors exceed it. 25 lessons a week at £42 an hour over 48 weeks is just over £50k gross. Push to 28–30 lessons (typical for a fully-booked ADI) and you're well past £55k. The guarantee is the floor we back, not the ceiling.
Trainees who pay their course fee upfront (on any of the three packages), pass all three parts of their ADI qualification, and sign our standard two-year franchise agreement within 30 days of qualifying. It's not available on monthly or pay-as-you-go plans.
Same content, same mentor, same guarantee — different pace. The fast-track condenses 40 hours over 8 weeks for people ready to commit fully. The standard pathway spreads the same training over 3–6 months for those who can't take 8 weeks of intensive sessions.
Most ADIs are self-employed — it's how the flexibility works. We help you set up properly: registration, basic accounting, pupil acquisition and ongoing support. Many of our instructors had no business background before training.
Once you've passed Part 2 you can apply for a trainee licence and start charging for lessons while you finish Part 3 — many trainees start earning within 8–12 weeks. Full qualification typically takes 4–6 months including DVSA test waits.
Honestly: it's a real career and it requires real effort. You'll need to qualify, take pupils and put the hours in. If you're after a get-rich-quick scheme, this isn't it. If you want a vocation that pays properly and gives you your time back, it absolutely is.

The guarantee is a commitment from us to provide enough pupil bookings to enable £55,000+ of first-year earnings at our set lesson rate. It is not a guarantee of personal income — the work is on you, the work supply is on us. If we don't supply the volume, we refund your course fee.
Eligibility
Trainees who pay upfront on any of our three packages, qualify as an ADI, and sign our standard two-year franchise agreement within 30 days of qualifying. Not available on monthly or pay-as-you-go plans.
Qualifying year
The 12-month period beginning the day you obtain ADI certification. May be paused for long-term illness or industry-wide disruption (capped at 6 months total).
Your commitments
25+ chargeable hours/week including 3 out-of-hours lessons; cover a 10-mile radius of home; respond to enquiries within 24 hours; maintain 70%+ pupil retention; charge our set lesson rate; remain in good standing.
How a refund works
If we provided less work than would generate £55,000 at our set rate over your qualifying year, and you've met all conditions, we refund your full upfront course fee within 30 days. Refunds are binary — fully payable or not.
